If an order's status is "NEW," you can change or modify its shipping address and the shipping method through Acutrack's Customer Portal.
In order to do this, login to the Customer Portal. Then, on the main menu, go to "Order Management > Edit Shipping Address."
Shipping Address Issues & Solutions
When shipping an order, if the USPS / UPS / FedEx API throws any error, the order will be placed in the Ship Error Activity screen and email is sent to your account. Please read the solutions below, update the address, and activate the order using the "OrderManagement / Ship Error Activity" tab. For domestic address, the "Domestic Address Validation" tool available in the same screen. The USPS Address Validation Tool is also a great alternative for checking addresses.

Shipping to a PO Box
Please use USPS for the purpose of shipping to PO Box addresses.
FedEx requires a physical address as a shipment's final destination. If a FedEx is used for a PO Box address, the order will end up in Ship Error Activity and either the shipping method or shipping address would need to be changed.
