Shipment Email notification:
Acutrack can send email notification with shipment tracking information to your customer. To enable this feature you have to include your customers email address when placing order. Please note that the email will NOT be sent with Acutrack's SMTP / Domain settings. You have to provide your own SMTP settings to our technical team. We ONLY provide one standard email template designed by Acutrack. Tracking number is also available in the customer portal with export option. You can also export and email your customers directly.
Shipment Notification to Web services (XML):
Acutrack sends shipment notification in an XML format to your web services. You have to develop a web page / web services which can accept the Acutrack's XML format and retrieve information's such as tracking number and triggers email notification to your customer. Please create a support ticket and contact Acutrack and our technical team will send you the documentation.
