You may cancel a Fulfillment order only if the Order Status is marked as "New." To cancel an order, log into the Customer Portal and go to "Order Management / Cancel Order."
You are able to place a re-order for Static On-demand and Fulfillment products by following the steps below:
- Login to the Customer Portal.
- Go to "Order Management > View Orders"
- Select the order you want to reorder.
NOTE: Only Fulfillment and Static On-Demand products can be re-ordered. The Re-Order feature is NOT available for Dynamic On-Demand products.
