Product ID between Acutrack and your shopping cart should match to properly notify orders from your shopping cart to Acutrack.Your shopping cart may refer the Acutrack ProductId as SkuNumber / SkuId / Item Number / Item Id.
If your product is setup at Acutrack, you can find Acutrack ProductId in Acutrack customer portal under ProductManagement / Fulfillment Product OR ProductManagement / OnDemandProduct

Is it possible to map Multiple Shopping Cart ProductId's to one Product in Acutrack's system?
Yes. We can setup multiple productId's for one product at Acutrack. Currently this feature is not available in the customer portal. Please contact our sales team if you like to add multiple productId's to one product.
I sell many products in my shopping cart. What happens when my shopping cart notifies an order to Acutrack with mixture of product that DO EXIST and also DO NOT EXIST in Acutrack's system?
As default, the order will be placed with the product(s) that EXIST in Acutrack's system. The product(s) that does NOT EXIST in Acutrack's system will be ignored in the order.
Is it possible to reject an order for Acutrack, when my shopping cart notifies order with mixture of product that Exist and does NOT Exist in Acutrack system?
