Return due to delivery issue:
If the product is returned back to Acutrack due to any reason such "Address not found" or "Damaged", we receive the returned product and add it back to the "Inventory" Or "Destroy" . An email notification is sent to you when return is processed. If you like to receive the damaged items, please contact our support team.
Acutrack do not contact your customers regarding Return Management Services. You may directly work with your customer and arrange for the pick up. Acutrack can provide you the return shipping label for a small processing fee + Postage fee. Please create a support ticket with the following details:
- Order #
- Return Shipping Address
- Product Details
- Shipping Method
Acutrack will process the shipping label with shipping method USPS First Class as default. If you like to use a different shipping method please be specific in the ticket. Acutrack will email you the shipping label in a PDF OR JPG format which you can forward to your customers.
